Sound familiar?

You've been told everything looks normal — but you don't feel normal.

Maybe you've tried medications that quiet symptoms without answering them, restrictive diets that never stick, or appointments that end before your questions do.

Your symptoms are real, and they're information. Fatigue, bloating, cycles that derail your month, sleep that never restores you — these are your body's signals that something deeper needs attention.

There's a better way: slow down, look at the whole picture, test instead of guess, and treat the cause.

“Nature is not a last resort. Given the right conditions — and the right care — the body moves toward healing on its own.” Dr. Dianne Marasigan, ND

How I work

Whole-person care, grounded in evidence

Time to listen

Initial visits are a full hour or more. Your history, in your words — nothing rushed, nothing dismissed.

Test, don't guess

Functional and conventional lab work — hormones, thyroid, gut, nutrients — so treatment is built on data.

Root-cause focus

Symptoms are messengers. We treat the reasons they exist, not just the noise they make.

Nature, wisely used

Botanical medicine, clinical nutrition and lifestyle care — chosen carefully, and alongside your medical team.

Where I can help

Let's find your root cause.

Common concerns I work with

These patterns often trace back to hormonal, digestive or nervous-system imbalances that can be identified and addressed at the root.

See All Services

Irregular or painful cycles, PMS, perimenopause, thyroid concerns, acne and mood swings tied to your cycle — we map your hormones and support them naturally.

Bloating, IBS, reflux, food reactions and irregularity. The gut sits at the centre of energy, immunity and mood — we treat it that way.

Tired no matter how much you sleep? We investigate iron, thyroid, blood sugar, sleep quality and stress physiology to find out why.

A nervous system stuck in overdrive affects everything. Together we rebuild the foundations of deep, restorative sleep and resilience.

Eczema, acne, recurring colds and lingering inflammation often begin in the gut and hormones — the skin is where they show.

Meet your naturopath

Hi, I'm Dr. Dianne.

I'm a licensed naturopathic doctor practising in Cloverdale and Abbotsford, British Columbia, on the traditional and unceded territories of the Katzie, Semiahmoo, Kwantlen, Matsqui, and Sumas First Nations. I believe meaningful care begins with being heard.

My practice blends functional testing, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, and mind-body care to create a plan that fits your life — not the other way around.

What patients notice

The things people mention most.

Read the reviews patients have written about Dr. Marasigan's care and the same handful of things come up again and again.

  • She listens — properly.

Visits aren't rushed. Patients describe being heard, having every concern taken seriously, and never feeling like a number.

  • Everything gets explained.

Step by step, in plain language — what's being done, why, and what to expect — so nothing feels mysterious.

  • No pressure, ever.

Patients note her willingness to wait for more information before starting a treatment rather than pushing ahead. Honest advice comes first.

  • A gentle hand with IVs and injections.

Comfort is part of the treatment: careful needle technique, a warm pad when it helps, and attention to how you're feeling throughout.

  • Care that fits the person.

Plans are built around your history, your labs and what you actually need — not a template.

  • Warm, kind, and real.

"Caring" shows up constantly — right alongside "knowledgeable." Patients say it's the combination that makes the difference.
