About Dr. Marasigan
Dr. Dianne Marasigan, ND, is a naturopathic doctor who helps patients make sense of their health and build practical, sustainable habits that support lasting change. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed — combining careful listening with a thorough look at the factors that shape health, including medical history, nutrition, stress, sleep, lifestyle, laboratory findings, and personal goals.
Her passion for this work began long before clinical training. Growing up, Dr. Marasigan watched loved ones manage complex health concerns and multiple medications, often without enough time, education, or support to address the everyday factors affecting their health. She understands that medications can be essential and life-changing. She also believes that when appropriate, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and targeted supplements can work alongside medical treatment to help patients feel more informed, supported, and in control of their health.
Dr. Marasigan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Winnipeg and earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine's BC campus. She integrates laboratory assessment, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle counselling, and targeted nutraceutical support into individualized care plans that are designed to be realistic for daily life.
Her clinical interests include hormone and metabolic health, women's and men's health, cardiovascular risk reduction, blood sugar management, digestive health, chronic pain, fatigue, sleep concerns, and inflammatory conditions. Whether patients are focused on prevention or navigating ongoing health concerns, Dr. Marasigan aims to provide clear education and step-by-step guidance — so they feel heard, understand their options, and can move forward with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Marasigan enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and going on adventures with her miniature poodle, Ozzie.
“You are not a chart of symptoms. You are a whole story — and every part of it matters to your health.” Dr. Dianne Marasigan, ND
